ABOUT
Quality assurance is the heart of Yuwa. Mold manufacturing in temperature-controlled rooms, injection molded parts produced in a clean environment.
We tackle challenges with a thorough system supported by comprehensive equipment, including pre-shipment inspections of mass-produced items and automated measurement using CNC automatic image measurement systems.

Temperature-Controlled Mold Processing Facility
Our factory operates as a temperature-controlled environment maintained at 23°C ±0.5°C. Manufacturing molds in this constant-temperature environment enables precision quality assurance at micron levels.
Furthermore, we rigorously perform dimensional inspections at each process stage before moving to the next, ensuring stable quality through our daily commitment to mold manufacturing.
Class 100,000 Cleanroom Molding Facility
As many products we handle—such as electronic and medical components—require high precision, we perform molding in a strictly controlled environment. Air showers are installed at all entrances and exits to prevent the intrusion of dust and debris.
100% Inspection Within the Production Line
We use our own molding machines equipped with automatic image inspection devices, performing molding and inspection simultaneously.
Furthermore, we have introduced dozens of Nikon CNC automatic image measuring instruments to automatically perform dimensional measurements on finished products.
These facilities enable us to rigorously implement 100% inspection and 100% measurement.
Quality Control Room
To ensure the quality of precision components (such as electronic and medical parts), we combine automated inspection with visual inspection, establishing a multi-layered inspection system.
For minute defects or surface conditions difficult to detect by machines, our inspectors perform visual checks.

Regardless of the era or location, “quality is the foundation of management”. Our ultimate goal is to consistently provide products our customers can use with confidence, adhering to a customer-first philosophy.
To achieve this, we:
1. Embed “Quality with Sincerity” into our management policy, prioritizing quality above all else and challenging everyone to build quality into our products.
2. We will establish a quality management system based on the international standard ISO 9001:2015. This system will not only meet customer quality requirements but also provide globally competitive quality.
3. Every employee, from top management down to each individual staff member, will fulfill their respective duties. Ultimately, the President himself will bear full responsibility for the execution of this system.
4. The foundation of our daily actions is the principle that “the next process is our customer.” We will deliver higher-quality products (work) to the next process, thereby completing the product.
5. We will pursue continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
