    22 March
    Established Yuwa Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
    Commenced operations in Komoro City. (Mold business)
  • 1977
    Started molding operations with two injection molding machines.

    November
    Opened the Eastern Molding Plant.
  • 1989
    Restructured and changed company name. July 5: Became Yuwa Corporation.
  • 1994
    The pioneering “Dream Factory” was completed in the Komoro Industrial Park.
  • 2003
    August
    Established Yuka Precision (Wujiang) Co., Ltd.
  • 2007
    10 August
    Registered establishment of Yuwa Vietnam Co., Ltd.

    Completed headquarters and mold technology center, the core of three bases.
  • 2008
    Yuwa Vietnam Co., Ltd. Commenced operations at temporary factory; factory completed in February.
  • 2012
    June
    Yuwa Vietnam Co., Ltd. expansion completed.
  • 2014
    Insert molding lines increased to 13 units.
  • 2015
    YVL mold capacity significantly increased; workforce expanded to 250 employees.
  • 2016
    Selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as one of the 300 thriving small and medium enterprises and small businesses”. Yuwa Precision begins insert molding operations.
    Participated in Nagano Prefecture's overseas internship program.
  • 2018
    Yuwa Vietnam Co., Ltd. Completed and commenced full-scale operations at Factory 2. Capacity for 240 molding machines.
    Commenced clean room molding.
  • 2019
    Yuwa Vietnam Co., Ltd. Commenced new medical parts business at Factory 1.
  • 2020
    Established a joint venture between Yuwa Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Fujifilm Corporation.
    Launched a new medical field business in Area 1 of Plant 1.
  • 2021
    Introduced Shinshu Green Electricity.
    Registered as a Nagano Prefecture SDGs Promotion Company.

    Achieved carbon neutrality by switching all power at the main factory to 100% renewable energy.
    Acquired ISO 13485 certification.

    April
    Shinya Watanabe appointed Vice President.

    Certified as a Workplace Vitality Advance Company in the Work-Life Balance Course and Next Generation Course.
    Joined the REAction 100% Renewable Energy Declaration.

    December
    Shinichi Iitaka appointed Senior Managing Director.

    Masayoshi Watanabe appointed Managing Director.
    Yuwa Vietnam Co., Ltd. Completed FAB2, the second factory.
  • 2024
    Shinichi Iitaka stepped down as President and Managing Director of YVL.
    Minoru Watanabe assumed the concurrent role of President of YVL.
  • 2025
    March
    Celebrated the 50th anniversary of establishment.
