    Komoro, where our headquarters is located, has clear air and abundant water resources at the foothills of Mount Asama. Air taken in from a naturally clean environment is filtered and made even cleaner. We cool the air using the water from underground and also use it as cooling water for machinery. Furthermore, while electronic components become increasingly lightweight and compact over time, we consistently produce molded parts weighing less than 0.001 g using fine, precision molds.

    Yuka Precision (Wujiang) Co., Ltd. was established in August 2003 as a joint venture with Taiwan's AUDIX. Currently, we operate with a workforce of 260 people, centered around young talent with an average age of 22.5. The factory maintains the same high cleanliness standards as Japan Yuwa and produces precision components. (As of October 2024)
    We will aim for further development by integrating Japan's advanced technological capabilities with Chinese culture.

  • YUWA VIETNAM CO.,LTD.

    We established a factory within the VSIP II Industrial Park in Binh Duong Province, Southern Vietnam, and commenced operations on 14 February 2009. This factory has implemented dust-free and unmanned systems similar to those in Japan and China. We have secured land for VSIP EXPANSION as we aim for the next phase of development. Additionally, the second plant was completed in March 2018 and began full-scale operations in June. We have introduced a Class 10,000 cleanroom—a high standard—into our inspection room. Furthermore, we have utilized lightweight aerated concrete (ALC) panels for the factory exterior walls—a first in Vietnam—enhancing the overall cleanliness of the facility. The expansion was completed in December 2023, and operations commenced in February 2024.
