Since joining the company, I have been assigned to operate an injection molding machine that makes plastic products for connectors used in smartphones and tablet terminals. Even after joining the company, I haven’t had much experience, so I’m learning the skills and knowledge while being trained by my seniors. Yuwa is a company that produces high-precision products, so we can acquire high technical skills, so it is worth doing. I hope to become a full member as soon as possible and play an active role as a great force.

The fun of this job is that the product accuracy varies depending on various conditions such as the temperature of the material and the speed of injection. Of course, it is always necessary to produce products with the same accuracy, so it is the operator’s duty to find the molding conditions that match the product. I can’t get this skill overnight, so I’m working hard while consulting with my seniors every day. If there is a problem with the product accuracy, it will cause trouble to the subsequent processes such as inspection, so we carefully face the work.

As I mentioned earlier, the reason why I chose Yuwa is to acquire advanced technology to create highly accurate products. And it means that we are a global company that is actively expanding into China and Vietnam. There are many trainees and trainees from overseas at the head office, and we work hard while communicating with each other. This kind of environment is a great stimulus for me.

When I was a student, I majored in chemistry and researched material properties. Therefore, my strength is to make use of that knowledge, and I feel that there are expectations. In the future, I would like to play an active role in increasing the added value of resin molding based on the knowledge learned at the university while deepening my understanding of the mold structure as well as the skill of setting molding conditions. Since we are a company that gives us more and more opportunities if we raise our hands and communicate with them, we would like to appeal while accumulating experience.
